Refunds and Exchanges

1. Termination of the contract by the buyer who is a consumer:

According to the provisions of Article 7 of Law 102/2014, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods or from the date of the service contract. The seller must send a letter of withdrawal to info@shineandglow.store within the aforementioned period. The withdrawal form can be found on our webshop.

If they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, the buyer must send the goods by parcel service to the following address: Beata Bencsik, Eichbergstraße 10/2/15, 2371 Hinterbrühl, Austria, along with all testers and documents, the original invoice, instructions, and other documentation for items delivered with the goods, but no later than 14 days from the date of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer. The above amounts will be refunded to the consumer/buyer without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the refund. Unless otherwise agreed, the money will be refunded using the same method used by the buyer to pay.

 

2. The consumer may not withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

Sale of goods or provision of services whose price depends on price movements in the financial market over which the seller has no control and which may occur after the expiration of the contract;

Sale of goods manufactured to specific consumer requirements, custom-made products, or goods specifically intended for a consumer;

Sale of perishable goods;

Sale of goods in protective packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging has been damaged after delivery;

Sale of goods that can be inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
