Milk and caramel before the sugar: why Eclaire doesn't smell like candy? 
The first spray is milky before it is sweet. It's the nuance that matters: the caramel arrives with its hint of slightly burnt sugar, but it's the milky note that dominates, creamy, almost warm, like a pastry fresh from the oven rather than a candy. Twenty minutes later, the composition lightens: the honey brings a more fluid sweetness and the white flowers lay down a clean, cottony veil that prevents the caramel from saturating.
